Our registration site is now hosted by Constant
Contact. You can pay by major credit card or
electronic transfer through Paypal. The cost of our
2013 weekends is $235. Our refund policy is detailed
in our Terms and
Conditions, please review them before continuing.
If you wish to mail a check instead of using one of the
online payment options, complete the registration form
online and select "check" as payment type. You will
be provided with the correct name and address to send
payment. You will receive an E-MAIL
confirming your reservation when
we receive your check. PLEASE NOTE that
you are not confirmed for the weekend selected until you
receive the confirmation e-mail. We highly encourage you to
use Paypal to pay electronically from your checking
account or credit card to avoid processing delays.

Partial financial assistance is available, based on the availability of such funds, to couples who show personal need.
As a non-profit group organized by volunteers, funds available for aid are limited. We want to ask that you prayerfully consider whether you may have other options available to you. Some ideas include:
~ Consider asking for the cost of the Catholic Engaged Encounter weekend as a part of your wedding registry.
~ One or several couples or friends may offer this as a wedding gift.
~ You might forgo meals out for a period of time as a sacrifice to invest in your marriage preparation.
If you feel you need
assistance, please print the financial aid form, complete the
form and have it signed by your priest or deacon and
mail it to our Registration Couple. You will be
notified upon review of your application.
Please note, if the registration page indicates
registration is closed, we do not anticipate having room
for additional couples that weekend. If
registration for a weekend you are interested in is
closed, we can place you on the Waiting List
for that weekend. Frequently there are changes in
the last 2 weeks before a weekend. So if you want
to register for a "full" weekend, please call Mike
and Kim Francomb @ (513) 575-1118. We
prefer to do the waiting lists and late registrations
through phone contact.
