Following is a list of the remaining weekends scheduled for this year. Please choose a weekend that works for you, and click on the "Register Now" button to register.  If you wish to use a Visa / Mastercard as a credit / debit card, just complete the form online.  You will receive confirmation back as soon as the card is accepted.  Our refund policy is detailed on the "Ground Rules" page and also appears when you click "Terms and Conditions" at the bottom of the registration page."  Please review those pages.

If you desire to pay by CHECK, please select your weekend and click on "Register Now."  Print and complete the application by hand.  You will receive an E-MAIL confirming your reservation when we receive your registration form and check.  PLEASE NOTE that you are not confirmed for the weekend selected until you recieve the confirmation e-mail. Mail the completed application with your check to:

Partial financial assistance is available, based on the availabilty of such funds, to couples who show personal need.

As a non-profit group organized by volunteers, funds available for aid are limited.  We want to ask that you prayerfully consider whether you may have other options available to you.  Some ideas include:

~ Consider asking for the cost of the Catholic Engaged Encounter weekend as a part of your wedding registry.

~ One or several couples or friends may offer this as a wedding gift.

~ You might forgo meals out for a period of time as a sacrifice to invest in your marriage preparation.

If you feel you need assistance, please print the financial aid form, complete the form and have it signed by your priest or deacon and mail it along with your completed registration form to our Registration Couple. You will be notified upon review of your application. 

Please note that the "Couple Spots Remaining" indicates how many couple spots are still available for the weekend.   If "couple spots remaining" is FULL for the weekend you are interested in, we can place you on the Waiting List for that weekend.   Frequently there are changes in the last 2 weeks before a weekend.  So if you want to register for a "full" weeeknd, please call Mike and Kim Francomb @ (513) 575-1118.  We prefer to do the waiting lists and late registrations through phone contact.
